Sales
A sales person has the assignment to plan and carry out all sales activities relating to their assigned accounts or areas. This includes the responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the deliverables of the products and services provided. The sales person’s responsibility is to expand the network product sales in the US market (non-OEM and non-embedded wireless). The sales person will have revenue responsibility for the Silex-branded business (retail, distribution, reseller, end user and Silex label OEM) for assigned accounts and markets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Distribution account activity and support
- Reseller channel development for specific vertical markets and/or products
- Print Servers, Device Servers, and pecialized network converters
- Audio/Video based products
- End user follow up
- OEM support and development
- Support for other customers as assigned
- New accounts to be assigned
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Use Silex CRM to maintain channel customer database
- Develop and Maintain direct marketing activities
Position Requirements
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Knowledge of basic business principles
- Experience in sales
- Experience in making presentations
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
