Thank you for purchasing a Silex product. It is recommended that you make note of the following items and retain this information.

If you are usinge a Silex product for the first time:

Read the setup guide that came with the product.
The setup guide provides necessary information when you start using the product. Read it to confirm configuration procedures and to see if every item is included in the package. If you find any missing items, please contact the Silex Customer Support Center.

User registration
Make sure to complete the user registration. Without the registration, some Support website sections or repair services may not be available.

Keep the user ID, serial number, warranty booklet, and proof of purchase.
The email address (user ID) and password you entered for the user registration is required in order to download the product firmware and software. The serial number may be necessary for the support service. Keep the information as well as the warranty booklet. Also, please note your warranty will not be honored without a proof of purchase (ie: receipt, invoice etc.).

Download the manual and software.
The product manual, firmware and software can be downloaded from the Support web page. Use it when necessary.

Check the Silex Support website regularly
Firmware and software are upgraded to include various supported items. Visit the support website when the OS is upgraded to download the latest version.
