The SX-3100 supports a number of advanced capabilities that make it especially suitable for enterprise printing applications.  It works with HP Web JetAdmin and SNMP-based network management systems, and it can monitor for the printer status for paper out or error conditions and send an E-mail message to you when such conditions occur. The SX-3100 can also retrieve E-mail from the mail server and print it on the networked printer without requiring a PC. The SX-3100 supports ThinPrint network printing technology as a firmware upgrade.
