Dock Link Optional Settings (for Macintosh)

This page explains thte Dock Link optional settings and status icon.

You can configure general operations of Dock Link such as condition for startup and communication.

Click  in the Dock Link screen. The option dialogue will be displayed.
Configuration below is available from option dialogue.  Click OK when configuration is completed.

General

Always display in front	Show the Dock Link window in front. Another window with the same setting may be displayed in front of Dock Link window. (Default: Off)
Do not display a confirmation message before disconnecting	Do not display a confirmation message displayed before disconnecting USB device from Dock Link. (Default: Off)
Refresh interval	Configure the interval time for device status update. (Default: 10 seconds)

Search for Wireless Dock

Broadcast address

A specific IP address segment can be designated for searching the Wireless Dock. When no IP segment is specified, devices in a local segment are searched.

2.Status icons

Dock Link displays the status of the iPod connected to the Wireless Dock on the network with the following icons.

	iPod is available.
	iPod is connected to your PC.
	iPod is being used by another user.
	Updating iPod status.
